More than 10 years ago we have been personally committed to the holistic development of real estate from the concept phase to the sale. Our small, interdisciplinary team has a high willingness to implement customer wishes and guarantees uncomplicated, direct processing.
Be it green or built-up areas – we always see the potential. With the aim of developing this, Varem was founded as a real estate company in Basel-Stadt and started business operations in 2010. The company stands for holistic real estate expertise. It acts as investor, secures the financing of projects and is responsible for project management, including marketing measures and sales processing.
Since 2013 the company has had a subsidiary in Immensee in the canton of Schwyz, Varem Development AG. Varem Tech, a developer of alternative energies, complements the real estate activities.
We identify ourselves with our works and build the way we would like to live. We consider the field of possibilities to be large. This opens space for creativity.
We are careful to develop new things and avoid repetition. We are personally committed to the wishes of our customers with all our interdisciplinary skills and simple processing.
We draw our motivation from the conviction that sustainable real estate projects make a meaningful contribution to the development of our built environment and create lasting values that give pleasure – for our customers, for ourselves and for society as a whole.
Quality is a basic prerequisite for this. It is important to us in terms of consistency and the careful use of natural resources.
