In a prime location on Rütiring in Riehen, VAREM is realising three individual buildings with clinker brick facades. Two single-family houses with a pool and one house with two spacious flats: A garden flat on two levels with pool, as well as a two-storey attic flat with outdoor-whirlpool.
With views of Basel-Stadt, the Swiss Jura and the Vosges as well as the surrounding forests, the villas convey a high degree of freedom and relaxation in one’s own home. All villas are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and sustainability is guaranteed by Minergie-P certification.
Construction of the project was approved in March 2023.
