In Interlaken, at the West Station, Varem is realising a new building that will house flats, retail and office space as well as commercial premises. The Dorint hotel group has also been won over for the project. It is opening its second “Essential Hotel” in Switzerland. The hotel in the mid-range segment with full service appeals to both holiday guests and business travellers.
The large-scale project in a central location is being built in close cooperation with representatives of the local authorities in order to best meet the needs of the world-famous tourist community.
Construction has now begun.
