Villa Sonnenberg, Lenzburg AG

Villa Sonnenberg in Lenzburg, Aargau, is a cultural asset of national value. It was built in 1769/70 by the bailiff of Bern, who resided at Lenzburg Castle.

The main building is complemented by a washhouse, a barn and a charming little pavilion. The ensemble of buildings is surrounded by greenery in the style of an English landscape garden.

On behalf of the client, Varem Development AG realised the comprehensive renovation of the listed property together with experienced planning partners.
