“The Alchemist” has opened its doors since June 2020, in a prime location on Basel's Schifflände. The restaurant includes a café, bar, lounge and restaurant with an open kitchen. It offers an experimental, unique culinary experience.

The historic building was once home to a pharmacy. Inspired by this, the drinks are served in Erlenmeyers, round bottoms and other laboratory glasses. The menu offers flavorful, authentic dishes from all over the world, served as sharing dishes.
