With the successful opening of the new Essential by Dorint hotel at Westbahnhof in Interlaken, we completed another major project after three years of construction and were able to hand over the hotel.
On May 16, we were able to successfully complete the major Station West project with the grand opening of the new Essential by Dorint hotel at Westbahnhof in Interlaken.
In May 2024, Varem, together with M&K, started the construction project for a residential development in Niederbipp, Canton of Bern.
Last fall, Varem acquired the Jungraublick/Beauregard area with the plan to build an innovative apartment hotel with tourist-managed apartment apartments. The prerequisite for this project was a workshop process, which has now been completed.
The venerable residential and commercial building from 1812, which is a listed building, was expanded into a public center with regional impact.
