Gallihof Steffisburg - building permit received

We are pleased to have received the building permit, which means that sales have started. With great attention to historical conditions, a car-free settlement consisting of three buildings with a diverse residential structure is being built.

Hergiswil - Building permit for multi-family house received

The building permit for the “Steinibach” project in Hergiswil has been obtained. Seven condominiums with up to 129m2 of living space are spread over four floors.

We are pleased with the broad approval and thank you for the trust placed in us: The Könizer voters have accepted the amendment to the basic building regulations with a three-quarters majority and thus paved the way for the further development of the new district.
