For more than 10 years, we have been personally involved in the holistic development of properties from the concept phase through to sale. We emphasise individual quality and build the way we would like to live. Our small, interdisciplinary team is highly committed to realising customer wishes and guarantees uncomplicated, direct processing.

Who we are.

Be it green or built-up areas - we always see the potential. With the aim of developing this potential, Varem was founded as a property company in Basel-Stadt and commenced operations in 2010. The company stands for holistic property expertise. It acts as an investor, secures the financing for projects and is responsible for project management, including marketing measures and sales processing.

Since 2013, the company has had a subsidiary, Varem Development AG, in Immensee in the canton of Schwyz. Varem Tech, a developer of alternative energies, complements the property activities.

How we work.

We identify with our work and build the way we would like to live. We consider the field of possibilities to be large. This opens up space for creativity.

We are keen to develop new ideas and avoid repetition. We are personally committed to fulfilling our customers' wishes with all our interdisciplinary expertise and simple processing.
