Dream flats with views and spacious terraces.
The Ribetschi Park area in the Schwyz village of Immensee is situated on a steep eastern slope with a breathtaking view of Lake Zug and the chain of hills opposite.
Due to the exceptionally steep slope with a gradient of up to 20%, the project was extremely challenging. The result is 80 residential units lined up along a residential street as a communal area.
At the top of the slope are the detached houses with villa character. The design plan includes three residential worlds in five different building typologies. The precise positioning of the buildings means that each flat has an exclusive view. At the same time, large open spaces have been created. The planting is directly adjacent to the buildings, so that the slope and the landscape can be felt.
