Varem Development was commissioned by the client to realise a new apartment building in a quiet residential area. The village centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are public transport links by bus, train and boat.

The high-quality apartment building offers six rental flats with between 2.5 and 4.5 rooms. The completed flats were ready for occupancy in December 2023.
