“Jungfraublick & Beauregard” site development in Beatenberg /BE

Last autumn, Varem acquired the Jungraublick/Beauregard site with the plan to create an innovative aparthotel with tourist-managed flats. The prerequisite for this project is a workshop process, which is already underway. A shop, a restaurant and a square are planned, which will be developed together with developers, planners, architects, the operators, the cantonal monument preservation authorities and the municipality of Beatenberg.
