End of the Spirenwald Project workshop process in Beatenberg BE
Last fall, Varem acquired the Jungraublick/Beauregard area with the plan to build an innovative apartment hotel with tourist-managed apartment apartments. The prerequisite for this project was a workshop process, which has now been completed. Together with the architects from Jordi +Partner AG, Varem is planning 61 tourist-managed apartments, a village shop, a restaurant and a village square.
